  We went in as a perspective customer and walked out in the middle of signing up because of how we were treated. First, the lead teller Jennifer is very rude!! I had to tell my husband something important. She interrupted me and said, “Excuse me, I just asked him a question!!” I was shocked at her unprofessionalism! Second, the woman who was signing us up made it clear that any checks that were deposited (not direct deposit) would be held for so many days until after 6 months and the bank could see what kind of people we were. We took back our drivers licensees & realized this bank was discriminatory and not a good fit for us.

  In the 28 yrs I've been banking with PTFCU I have always had their employees go the extra mile to help me problem-solve. Very kind and professional employees. I give them 5 stars, not 4.

  Every time it’s supposed to be closing soon they’ve already closed up the windows I showed up 40 minutes before they’re supposed to close and they were already closed last time it was 20 minutes

  We understand your frustration when your expectation is changed. We were closed this weekend for Labor Day on Saturday and Monday (all day). Special holiday hours were posted on Google, on our Website, and social media. Thank you for being a member and we hope you had a great labor day.

  PrimeTrust has been a great place for my money. They are always helpful and quick to respond with any problems or questions that I have. I have never had a problem getting a loan the same day that I ask for it.
