  Disconnect their phones because they can't do their job. If you're not willing to answer the phone you're not willing to give good customer service. I can imagine driving there would be just as much of a waste of time!

  I was Denied sale of ammunition because I’m not an Indiana resident, (his discretion) turned out to be grateful I did. I Went to next Nearest gun store with much more selection of guns, ammo, and better attitudes. Only leaving this review because of the guys bad attitude.

  Buy your firearms from an actual gun shop. Don’t waste your time here. Pulled out a gun to hand to a customer without regard to where the muzzle was pointing. Did not make sure the weapon was clear before handing it over. Asked to take a Glock slide off to verify it was new. Owner of shop proceeded to say “I f”ing hate it when people want to take stuff apart”. Went to Rusty Duck Guns in New Castle and bought the same gun new, was allowed to field strip to verify, and saved over 30 dollars.

  Walked in to help a friend purchase a handgun, just because i asked 1 question and am under 21 he completely declined to make a sale because he presumed he was buying it for me. became completely unprofessional and started saying he would go to jail for a straw purchase, i am able to walk into mcgalliard guns and ask questions all day as long as i’m not the buyer. do not shop here, very unprofessional. p.s. i’m glad those african americans robbed your store.

  He gets some good stuff in there, BUT HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BARGIN WITH RETURN CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND REFERS OTHERS WHO BECOME RETURN CUSTOMERS TO HIS SHOP. I know you are reading this Adam! Ps open up on Sundays man its ok to sell guns on the lords day!

  I had been in this particular pawn shop two separate times, even though it was just to browse, and I have ended up walking away with a purchase both times. Yes he has plenty of firearms, but there are outliers of trinkets, odd and ends, that sort of thing. To be brief, the majority of his shop is firearms, ammo, attachments, knives, and jewelry; however, he just might have what you need. Will be returning regularly whenever I'm in Muncie, IT IS A MUST for me.
