  The staff at First Merchants Bank in downtown Muncie IN go out of there way to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. Michael the teller is the best! Brennan is s super senior financial advisor and Laura is a fabulous banking center manager.

  Fantastic experience at downtown location. Had an issue over the weekend with a mobile check deposit so I had to come in and get it taken care of. Member services was amazing. The man helping us (Michael) went above and beyond making sure that and any other issues we had were resolved. So glad we chose this as our bank.

  Just to get a statement to make our house payment because we did not receive one I felt they wanted too much personal information. They were give the SS# but also wanted the drivers license number. Would not accept the loan number. I wasn’t asking anything about money or bank account I just needed my monthly statement so I could send in my payment.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. Extremely rude. I waited to speak with a banker about a private matter and the teller tried to get me to discuss a private matter in front of other customers.

  Has no one else said anything about the dirty colored water coming out of your rock fountain in the front of your building? 🤨
