  I highly recommend Thrive Credit Union. I know how hard it is to change everything over, but they were very helpful and made the transition easy. They have always treated my financial matters with the most utmost respect and dedication. I love how involved they are with the community and small businesses. Muncie needs help revamping this small hometown community and they have always strived to do just that! Thank you Thrive for that family atmosphere. It’s nice walking in seeing such smiles! Somedays just a smile makes a person’s day!

  100% listen to Bob Smith. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. I paid extra for insurance that was supposed to pay off my loan in case I totalled my car. Guess what, I was hit and my car was totalled, and my car was NOT paid off. Noe they are suing me for the remainder of the car loan for a car that I dont even have. Ridiculous! They will scam you and screw you over!

  All of my banking and loans are done at Thrive. All the employees are always willing to help you and are easy to work with. Their customer service is remarkable. The 3 locations in Muncie makes my banking convenient. I would not go anywhere else. Helen Turner

  We chose to switch all of our accounts, including loans, from another bank in Muncie to Thrive! Best decision we could have made! Love the staff, especially at the Delaware branch! They are always willing to go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of!

  Best rates in town for our car loan, and with direct deposit and automatic payment, I don't have to worry about making the payment every month. Plus, they sent me a VIsa Gift card for taking the loan out!

  I have a client who has an account here, and she paid me by check… They wanted to charge me a five dollar fee because I don’t have an account there… But the check is drawn on their bank…? What a waste of my time and gas money! And you couldn’t pay me enough to open an account there if that’s the way they do business!
