  The most professional process I have encountered. Sal is extremely knowledgeable in many different areas of home financing, he provided me with different options and scenarios that helped me make the most educated decisions. Karina, his assistant could not be more supportive and responsive to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. To sum all of this up. What would I do without them?! They are so amazing!!!

  I have nothing but amazing things to say about prime rate mortgage. I’m a very nervous person in the first place and then add buying a home. They made all my worries truly go away. All questions were answered in a calm and timely manner. I didn’t feel any pressure as I had with previous lenders. I know exactly everything that was happening every step of the way. At my closing I got my dream home thanks to prime rate mortgage. I’ll never forget that and recommend them to everyone buying a home.

  I worked with Sarah Stanciu. She was very professional, helpful, and prompt! She is also quite knowledgeable in the field of home buying and providing you with the tools needed to get approved for a home including for veterans. If there is a question she can't answer at the moment, best believe, she will get you that answer promptly! Thank you for the great customer service! UPDATE: September 27, 2019 I purchased my first home/investment property on August 27, 2019 using the VA Loan through Prime Rate Mortgage. I had the pleasure of working directly with Sarah Stanciu and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than her. She walked me through the entire process from the get go, provided me with all the knowledge needed to get my loan. I must have called her about 10 times a week and not once did she ever seem annoyed or frustrated with me. Even while at the closing table she was still fighting for me to the last penny and minute. She worked very hard to ensure I was being taken care of right till the very end when I signed on the dotted line. I'm so very appreciative and grateful for everything Sarah and her team at Prime Rate Mortgage have done for me through the entire process of me purchasing my building!
