Ines Monte1Worst banking experience ever. Waited for more than fifteen minutes to do a transaction that was cancelled via the app because of suspected fraud. I explained the wire transfer was time sensitive because of the time difference between here and Portugal. Sue Martinez is the branch manager and she said it would be just a couple of minutes before one of the several bankers wandering around could help me. My experience was not unique- it seemed like everyone she interacted with was left frustrated. She told one customer that he couldn’t set up an auto transfer to a different chase account except by using Zelle. That seems incorrect. I don’t leave reviews even when service is terrible- but this is the worst bank.

lamar nicholson1I was at this branch on Saturday May 15, 2021, and I had a horrible experience with two of the employees at this branch. Myself and my wife went through the drive through. employee by the name of Sameena started the transaction for a deposit. Sameena passed me on to a co worker named Bijan. I gave my Deposit slip along with my debit card and drivers license to Bijan. Bijan came back my debit card along with my drivers license and receipt. I looked at the balance and realized he deposited the money into the wrong account. Bijan turned around and proceeded back to the front counter. I started buzzing the button to get his attention multiple times. Sameena came to the window and raised her voice loudly saying why are ringing the bell multiple times. I explained that Bijan made our deposit into the wrong account. I asked not to speak to me like that and she walked away as I was explaining to her the situation. Bijan returned to the window stating that this mistake is your fault not mine. I told him he should be apologizing for the mistake he made instead placing the blame on the customer. I went inside the bank and asked Sameena if I could speak with the manger and she stated she was the manager. I asked if I could speak with someone else in charge. Sameena went and got another manager, and the manager stated that Sameena was not a manager but she was a teller supervisor. I asked her to schedule a meeting to speak with branch manager. I got a meeting scheduled for Monday May 17, 2021. During this meeting I spoke with Frank Polanzi the branch manager on Monday May 17, 2021. I explained the situation to him in detail. I asked him for the number and address to cooperate office. He said he did not have a address or phone number. He then went on to explain that someone would reach out to me in regards to this situation and that they would accelerate this up the ladder. I told him the reason I chose Chase over any other bank was because of the exceptional customer service that I have experienced in the past. I ended my conversation with him saying, if something is not done about these two employees, Chase would start loosing customers. Also I never received and apology from either employee. In closing I would like to be contacted in regards to this situation.

Yuliya Yufa5I was very satisfied by bank visit today. I never was in this brunch and was waiting no more than 5 minutes on busy for bank short day on Saturday. I was planning to do all my stuff at home by myself, but wanted to check extra options with banker and was really glad I did, David, bank representative, help me to find much more better options with better benefits

Aiden1On Saturday it says 3:00pm closing time. They close early. Very poor management, it has to be open until 3:00pm as it says on website.

William Hunt3I have been banking here for a long time and generally it's always been good. I do find that they often want to sit down and talk about everything and anything when you go in for something simple and it seems a little pushy. I don't think that's this branch as much as it is just Chase in general.
