  What should have been a 10 minute appointment took 40 minutes. The banker didn't know what she was doing. Finally, after 30+ minutes she asked for help, and someone else was able to complete the task in less than 2 minutes. I understand needing help, but not asking for it to the detriment of the customer is very unprofessional. I was late back to work. It was also sloppy, since she tried to have my brother (who I came with) sign something that was for me, and tried to give him my debit card. What's even worse, there is no cell service or functioning wifi, which is absurd, especially considering that the banker required us to use our phones to do two-factor authentication, which did not work. As you can see from my profile, I don't really leave negative reviews, but I'd like to save someone else from this waste of time.

  This bank delivers. The staff here is experienced and helpful. Banks today are not like the old days where you could walk in and have a conversation with the president. This bank comes close. Adrianna (the manager) is available and welcoming. I don't like big banks, but I need access to plenty of branches and services. I want to be treated like a customer, not a number. This big bank branch somehow makes it happen. Note: Sometimes people leave negative reviews because a given bank wont deliver on a transaction the customer is not qualified for (early withdrawals, unqualified loans, etc). Give this bank a try.

  I have been working with this branch for the last 5 years. Every one is very respectful and client friendly. The new manager Denise is so professional she always get things done very fast and efficiently. Highly recommend

  Honorable people... Steven Saldanha " some kind of Business specialist " doesn't even know the requirements for a simple car loan. Customer service is absolute zero

  My favorite Bank of America Branch, love the people, they are nice every time I come in and have fixed issues I have had with other branches. This branch has less traffic, I rarely have to wait vs when I go to the one on ballard and greenwood.

  Horrible Customer service. I'm tired of the poor service and receiving less benefits over the last few years. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

  Manager at this location is cold and not helpful but the clerks are warm!
