  Absolutely abysmal service. Delayed closing multiple times and no one could ever give a straight answer why. Branch manager gave a "personal guarantee" of a closing date and that didn't happen either. Would not recommend getting a loan from here. If you are a seller, don't sign with someone getting financed here either.

  I worked with them and have no regrets. The lender Aida Marin worked with me since day one and never once left my side. She was really helpful and did everything in her power to help me out. Really hard worker, with lots of patience. I couldn't done it without her and her team. I would definitely refer Primary Residential Morgage to my friends and family!!! A happy customer

  I am so pleased with the level of service I received. Aida was the absolute BEST. She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was on top of everything throughout the whole process and was always available for my calls. I couldn't have asked for a better lender.

  This place is very unprofessional. No communication what so ever. They are a bunch of crooks who does not know what they are doing. They are scammers and will try to delay your process so you can pay them. Don’t go here they will be shortly investigated.

  If you really want to own a home! These are the people to talk to. Happy to say that I worked with Joanna Lind, Hector Roman Martinez and Ricardo Maldonado. If it wasn't for these 3 people! I would still be paying rent. They did the impossible. When everyone kept turning me down! They got me approved in days. The service and charisma is awesome! I am a demanding customer but with them, there was no demands to make. I very highly recommend all 3 of them. Took about a month to get the loan, do all the payer work and close. Let it be know that I am self employed and that was one of the reasons others did not take me. They game approved the next day. Working with them was a great pleasure. They also got me a great rate on a fix mortgage. I wasn't the best candidate for a mortgage but because of them, I am not a home owner. Give them a shot, they will get it done for you Thank you guys! You are AWESOME!

  I’ve worked with Ricardo Maldonado on several files/transactions. Ricardo and his team’s communication and knowledge of the lending process sets them on a whole new level. I would highly recommend Ricardo, along with his team Joanna Lind, Hector Martinez and several others of whom ensure each and every transaction flows as flawless as possible! I give 5 stars based on EXPERIENCE with them!
