  Phenomenal Team at Butler Mortgage! My wife and I were building our new home when the builders lender got a little to greedy and completely changed the terms of our loan halfway through the build. We thought we were going have to look elsewhere until Harry and his team stepped in. They were honest and extremely helpful especially since I was a first time home buyer. They explained every detail and made sure I was comfortable with all the terms and conditions. They definitely made the entire process less stressful and we couldn't be happier with their services.   We used Butler Mortgage in June 2016 when we decided we wanted to start looking for a house. Barbara Bowling was the first person we spoke to. She helped walk us through every step of the way. Chris and Cassie also helped. Barbara spent her Saturday off writing us an approval letter so we could put a strong offer on our dream house. Chris was very patient and helpful answering all our questions. They are a great team to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or even refinance. They definitely know their jobs!! Bonus was we found our dream house and closed in five weeks!! Kimberly Varney
