  Melba was a pleasure to work with. For being on the other side of the country, I've never seen anyone in the lending business who worked as much as she did. She communicated throughout the process even on the weekends and late at night. I would recommend reaching out to her for all of your lending needs and will be calling her again on my next purchase.

  Oh my goodness! I'm not sure what words best express the service I received from NSH Mortgage. The entire team was fantastic. Melba Rubera was absolutely amazing. She handled my refinancing and was on top of every detail. I had some issues getting some documents from my HOA and she did not leave a stone unturned until everything was provided so that we could close on the scheduled date. She was not only efficient, but advised me on all I needed to know every step of the way. Communication was excellent. I received answers to my questions either with a call, text or email no matter how busy she was. I was made to feel as a very important client and I appreciate that. I highly recommend NSH Mortgage to anyone buying or refinancing a property.

  Words can not describe how grateful I am to have found Melba. I have heard horror stories of how stressful it could be to purchase a home and how brokers and real estate agents can sometimes put you on the back burner if they know they have an easy file but this was not the case with Melba. She was so supportive throughout the whole process and guided me step by step. She explained every document throughly and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. She work hard with the bank to make sure I received the best loan rate. I honestly thought it would be hard since I do not have the best credit but she takes the time to look over your situation and guide you in the right direction to become a homeowner. This was the best thing that could happen to me and I am so grateful to have met her.
