  Please, may you tell Jan the teller to wear his mask. I couldn't believe he was not wearing next his two co-workers. During his whole transaction with me he did not it have on. I don't intend to get him in trouble, but it is unacceptable. My visit was on 4/2nd/2021 around 3pm-4pm.

  Every team member from this branch are amazingly friendly,professional and always ask the magic questions....is there anything else I can do for you? How may I assist you,they even ask how would you like your money change when cashing money out. Just great people...

  Worse customer service. They don't open their Lobby door even in banking hours. You should learn from FAIRWINDS credit union's customer service.
