  This is our second experience with Marie and her team at PRMI. Marie was very thorough in explaining the process and setting expectations in this COVID world where nothing is normal. Underwriters were tough, lots of documents required and patience on both sides was needed. They did not disappoint. We are very happy with the excellent service and highly professional execution. Every problem was addressed with courtesy and efficiency. We highly recommend PRMI and Marie Ritzenberg!

  The communication along with just being available was great. If I had any questions or concerns during this process I could reach out either through email or phone and the team was there to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. The whole team was great to work with. Although this wasn't my first time, sometimes I felt as though it was. I appreciate everything that the team did to not just help me but to put my mind at ease through this whole process. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future.   With the amount of required information needed to secure our home loan, this was one of the smoothest transactions I've experienced. There was not a time where we were left in the dark with what was required, and the online document signing made it a seamless process . Aaron and his staff were always available to answer questions - late nights and weekends included.
