  I had a normally good loan provider in OC give me a pathetic quote on a new purchase. Bad rate, didn’t even try to argue the points I wanted made. The company just said they wouldn’t help. Exit stage left. I called Cory. It was a painstaking process getting lots of documentation for what we needed but he helped every step of the way and made it less stressful. My loan was approved at a far better - and more appropriate- rate and Cory charged only fair fees and was transparent throughout. I have since referred him to realtors in OC who need someone to work with who they can rely on to fight for customers. I’ll definitely work with him again.
