  Jim helped my fiancé and I sell a home in Baltimore City during the pandemic and we could not be more pleased with his professionalism, insight, guidance and work ethic. Jim was constantly checking in with us, answering our questions and dealing with the crazy market that we are in.   Excellent communicator with intimate knowledge of the local and regional area and market. We bought our row home with his help in 2008 and sold it 11 years later as our family grew out of it. His guidance was instrumental in staging and a quick sale, and he even helped us look in the surrounding suburbs before we decided to move further afield. My wife and I recommend Jim to anyone who asks about property in the greater Baltimore area.

  I am unsatisfied with my experience looking to rent a property in Perry Hall, MD, through this company. I sent an email to receive an inadequate response of uncertainty of showing me the home. The realtor continuously stated I need good credit and must pass the background check. I was thinking- please stop! I am excellent in both areas. I have been with my job for over five years, never been to jail; my credit is beautiful, I own my own business and investments. However, I was wondering, was the response from Gary Addington due to my age or race or who knows (my website is on my email) so, this allowed him to research me or have biases towards whom I am before meeting me. To fast forward, I had to continuously email him or call to try and set up an appointment. This should have been a sign to me, but I still had hope. After a few weeks went by, I decided to call the office and to speak to someone else there. I finally received an appointment. I thought the viewing was okay, but he touched on the credit, number of children, and background again- VEXATIOUS. Long story short, I filled out the application the same day, to receive no email or call back. I emailed him the a few days later, and he answered nonchalantly I would check into it. The next day at 10:30 PM, I received an email regarding me having fraud alert and a balance on ONE of my credit cards versus the collected amount on the five that has a zero balance. Let me repeat, and ONLY ONE has a balance on there. I explained why for business reasons. After that email, I knew that was a reason to use to turn me away. OUT OF 99 useful things you pick one minor thing and then NEVER acknowledge what the results or decision was. As a result of no reply, I emailed for fun and to prove to a coworker that it is not me; maybe it is, and perhaps I am taking this wrong. The reply email confirmed that he has put up a strangely pococurante front throughout this whole ordeal and from the beginning, I should have known this would have been the conclusion. I am glad my lease from me being there over two years with EXCELLENT rental history is month to month and I was only looking to move close to my job and son's school.

  My wife and I recently bought our first-ever home here in Baltimore City, and we began working with Jim Gunsiorowski on the recommendation of a friend who he'd represented last year. Needless to say, buying our first home was a big step, and we had no idea what we were doing at first. Jim made the process so smooth, so comprehensible, and so incredibly easy for us. He took his time and was patient with every question we had, showing us many homes that were to our liking and doing excellent market research that helped us determine whether we were in a position to make an offer or not. He really did help us find the perfect home, too, and walked us through the inspection process and the signing with total professionalism and care. Aside from being an absolute professional, Jim is also an immensely kind guy. He's got a great sense of humor and was a complete pleasure to work with.   My husband and I worked with Jim Gunsiorowski of Key Group of Cummings & Co. to sell our house in Baltimore. He helped us with the overwhelming process of selling a home which was further complicated by selling a home during a pandemic. He gave useful advice getting our home ready to sell, such as help with staging our house for photos and a 3D tour. He was always available when we had questions or concerns. Thanks to him our house went under contract less than two days on the market. We were thrilled! He has made the entire process of selling our house as stress free as possible.   Jim was recommended to me through a friend and I am extremely happy that he was my realtor.   Jim was recommended to us after not having much luck selling our house after awhile on the market. He provided a high level of service during the process of selling our home and walked us through each step with honest and accurate advice. Jim is professional, personable, and really great to work with. He is also patient, knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions and reassure us during the process.
