  Tammy really is the best in the business. She's extremely knowledgeable and personable, and made herself available to help navigate the tricky world of financing a home.   Today is the one year anniversary of being in our forever home. Federal Hill Mortgage was wonderful throughout the entire process! Tammy found the right plan for us to achieve the dream.   We were referred to Tammy as our lender. We're first time homebuyers and like majority, we needed assistance financially and breaking down the wording of one of the biggest purchases of our lives thus far. From the beginning, Tammy made it seem as though we were her only clients. We had access to her everyday except Sunday; she also gave us her personal contact in case we needed it (which was handy on more than one occasion). Our greatest experience was that we shared with Tammy our discomfort with the settlement cost and she did everything in her power to get us even more $$ down in lenders credit. She insisted that this was to be a joyous time and not one filled with stress. She may never understand to the extend she helped us, but we would be forever grateful. She feels like family to us.   Tammy Saul, Melissa Gould, Tiffany Inches and the rest of Federal Hill team are great to work with. I have work with several firm in the past, most operate on normal business hours and not as responsive as FHM. Especially Tammy, she would work with us late into the evening after putting her young children to bed and get on the phone to help our family find the right product that fit our finance. She patiently educated us on options and provided advices for future consideration. Melissa and Tiffany are also great to work with. They patiently entertained, respond to all of our concerns and made multiple adjustment to ensure our paperwork filing were correct.   I usually don't write reviews but I was so impressed with Federal Hill Mortgage's service that I had to say something. They were able to help me get my home when 3 others could not. On top of that Tammy got me the lowest rate and ZERO lender fees! Tammy Saul has M.A.D skills! She is Meticulous, She is Ambitious and She is Determined!
