  Chad Bernard provided me with excellent service throughout my process of buying a new home. He was very upfront and informative, handling everything in a timely and professional manner. A year ago I initially spoke with him and asked him to be upfront with me regarding my abilities/qualifications for buying a new home. At that time he told me I wasn’t ready and gave me suggestions to getting myself into a position to be able to buy a new home, which he was estimating would be roughly a year. Here I am a year later with signed papers to my new home. I will highly recommend Chad/Primary Residential Mortgage to any potential buyers I know. Thank you 👍

  Chad is a true professional in the home lending business. Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial decisions most families make. Choosing Chad for both of our home purchases is one of the best decisions my wife and I have made! A great mortgage broker needs to provide good communication and listening skills, the ability to explain complex information clearly, excellent customer service skills and honesty.
