  I recently switched to another bank from Huntington, and I went in to close my account today. I dealt with David Harris (?), I think was his name. He was able to sufficiently perform this process, but he wasn't friendly towards me. He was telling me things that I should've done when I set up my account, which made me feel rather guilty.. I will not be banking with Huntington again, since the competition seems to have higher standards and makes me feel confident in my bankers. The extra star is for the very nice and helpful teller.

  Edit: I wrote this review over a year ago and last night on December 20th, four days before Christmas and it happened AGAIN. I tried to deposit $66 through the ATM after work at 10:30 in the evening and the ATM read that the transaction couldn't be completed and kept my money without depositing it. They won't deposit MY money into my account until either Wednesday or Friday. I'm beyond livid. I'm considering changing banks at this point, this is horrible customer service. ATM jammed and they're holding $135 of my hard earned money until Friday. What an inconvenience for something that wasn't my fault. It would have been fine if they would have fixed it for me right away, but it's business as usual, they're not worried about the bills I have to pay.

  What a great crew at the Avon Lake Huntington Bank! They are always courteous and friendly and will take whatever time is needed to help with your banking needs. Thank you Carol, Colleen, Nancy, Jessica, Theresa, Chris (both of them) for being there for your customers!!!

  the staff actually remembers you. they are so kind and helpful every single time. this branch is by far my favorite. you guys rock.

  I will go to no other bank if I do not have to. They welcome me so gracefully, makes me want to continue with them for a very very long time.

  Another amazing Huntington branch! Easy to get to, super friendly staff and efficient in the drive through!

  Horrible bank i can never go there to get anything in a timely manner it is always a ten min wait or more the drive thru is a joke . Look for anther Huntington bank because avon is the worst
