  John Thomas Team is passionate about providing top notch service to assist home owners in purchasing their home. No matter what obstacles arise, they find a solid solution. John himself does a fabulous job at educating home owners regarding the home buying process through seminars that are conduct each month. It has made my job easier because he explains what I use to have to explain but it's conducting in a training class seminar atmosphere. As a realtor you need a solid lender to assist your clients. I trust and relay on the team to assist my clients. I appreciate the relationship and my clients are happy at the end.

  John and his team provided my fiancé and I with superb customer service throughout our real estate transaction. I must send a special thank you to Michelle ( she was my therapist through-out the whole process ) and Nick my loan officer for helping us secure an excellent rate. All were very accessible by phone which I loved. They made everything very streamline! John even made it to our closing, which meant a lot to us! Thanks again for all your hard work!

  After reading reviews of this lender I was optimistic and hopeful they would be a great find. I looked forward to working with a smaller regional lender as opposed to a larger institution as I thought it would be easier to get in touch when I needed. I reached out to them and explained my needs and they were quick to get back in touch with me and take my information for the application. After receiving the follow-up call that my application was approved on credit and we would move forward with preapproval by providing certain documents, I received the email request and provided documents in short order and expressed that this was a time sensitive matter in order to make an offer. I followed-up with them the following day and was informed that the person assigned to my loan review was out sick but would return in a day or two. I advised that I did not find that to be acceptable and inquired whether there was a back-up that could review the information in their stead. I don’t feel I should’ve had to be the one to recommend that course of action. I was contacted again and advised they would have somebody else review. The following day which was a Saturday that person contacted me and let me know that they were reviewing my documents and they would follow back up with the preapproval. I did not receive a phone call after being pre approved. I was notified by email. The pre approval letter, provided in a Word doc, not even PDF, had my last name spelled incorrectly and no where in any of the documents provided or in the email was the interest rate used to calculate the numbers provided. I emailed to inquire as to the interest rate. This was Saturday, today is Monday; still no one from this office has contacted me. Disappointed with my experience thus far, and am likely to not move forward with them based on this.

  Hello Mrs. Grunes. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. I know that my team did speak with you and answer all your questions and you were pre-approved for a loan. Our staff worked extra on Saturday just to get your pre-approval out because we had a staff member sick on Friday. We did call you on Saturday after sending the pre-approval but did not reach you and not sure why our voicemail was not received. We look forward to working with you and helping you become a home owner. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
