  I had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Martin Honda when I bought my last car. Their Sales specialist Tushar Shah made my visit stressfree and enjoyable. He made sure I was educated properly to make an intelligent decision about which car would fit my needs. I had a trade in too and he got me the best price. I recommend the shop for anyone who is not sure which car is the best for the wallet and go talk to Tushar Shah.

  We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dave McKee for his excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure us for a decision. Dave is very easy to work with and keeps the customer informed. We would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car.

  Let me start by saying how much I HATE car shopping and the whole car buying process. I ended up going to Martin Honda preowned cars and working with Pedro Santiago who made my car buying experience like no other. He was not pushy, he listened to what I wanted. I called prior to going in and spoke with Pedro and when I came to the dealership, he had 3 cars that were in my price range and that I would be able to test drive. I ended up buying a 2012 Accord and I love it and I thank him for making this experience exceptional! I will definately go back when it is time to buy again and I certainly put his name out there!

  Bruce Blake our sales person is always extremely helpful. We have purchased 7 cars in total from him and are about to make it 8. Price has been good and the sales process that is usually PAINFUL goes fairly quick with Bruce. We haven't used their service department in years though, but only because we live in Wilminton now.

  My financial situation had a few hiccups but both Myra Lopez and Kim Spencer worked with me for almost a month which allowed me to purchase a new HRV! I’ve never had such a wonderful sales rep as Myra Lopez. She was so knowledgeable as she explained every detail throughout the process. Her pleasant, positive attitude helped me through a few situations and I will forever be grateful. My purchase wouldn’t have been possible without Myra. i will definitely recommend her to my friends!

  I took our 2018 Honda CRV touring to Martin Honda Newark Del. we bought it there new. I took it for service at 30,000 . Np with service but i asked why they didn't wash it ? they said it has been broken since last year . I asked why haven't u had it repaired? they said no more washes . I asked did the vacume break ? they didnt vacuum either! Jones Honda in Belair does it all thats where ill have future services completed and buy our next honda there . very disappointed!

  I needed a car and I hate all the run around that you get from the dealers. I went into Martin Honda for a used car and dreaded it but then I told the salesman what I wanted and he cut through all the crap and put me in a nice used Honda Civic. He made it so easy and was so pleasant to work with that I bought another one a year later and again Dave McKee was wonderful to work with. Thanks so much for all your help and keeping it simple. We will be back again.

  I was very happy with my purchase at martin dealership at first but since I have bought my car in late 2017, many functions are not working or working partially. I have taken my car to their service center for one particular issue many times in a year. All the time they fix it, the issue works fine for few weeks and again stop working. Upon asking them if they can fix the issue for good, the answer from them was " I don't Know". They are very rude too when you go for service under warranty. Why would a brand new car will have many functions not working as per design? Simply they have sold me a defective car so please avoid this dealer at any cost.

  I’m so disappointed about this dealer service. No spare tires/parts available to provide, And they even reject to tow in the car to their shop without tires and wheels. I’m felling ashamed you to treat a disabled car in this way. Actually I just got this brand new 2018Honda Accord Sport sedan six months ago from your shop. Now you said “ We will keep the car where it is for now until the parts ordered and go from there”. Not mentioned orders were placed or not, how long will it take to ship those parts. Just Leave it on the street where tires/wheels were stolen!!! Well, bad things happened again. The window smashed by someone. “The car shouldn’t leave it here anymore. “ Said by policemen , called my insurance, Towing, after their corporation, The cars was dropped at Firestone parking lot eventually. BTW, Martin’s towing partner “Midway Towing” rejected to tow the car. They don’t even come actually, just made a phone call. We cant do that after talked to Martin!!! Thanks B&F Towing, Firestone.

Mr. Li, I spoke to our service manager at Martin Honda and he explained that he did speak with your friend Mr. Wu about this and this is an insurance claim. He stated that your insurance company dictates the procedures to follow such as the tow company, OEM or aftermarket parts etc. We hope that you were able to begin the insurance claim process. We will be happy to help with the parts etc but proper procedures need to be followed in this situation. Thank you.
