  Donna and her team are truly amazing. First time buyer using VA Loan. My process was anything but normal, yet no matter the obstacle, Donna and her team found ways to overcome and get my wife and I a great rate. Could not have done this by myself. Thank you Donna!

  Donna and her team are absolutely the best in the business. We had begun the mortgage process with another broker, and it was a disaster: weeks of waiting and spinning out wheels we were on the verge of loosing our new house when I heard an ad for Donna Price on 550 KFYI in Phoenix when I heard another veteran talking about his situation and how well Donna took care of him, I Immediately reached out to Donna, and she was on it. She really listened to our situation and got to work on it. We’ll, thanks to her and her team, we got the loan and got into our new home. I honestly couldn’t be happy with Price Team Lending. Donna took a bad situation and turned it around into another of her success stories. I would gladly recommend her to anyone, especially another Veteran, and I have.

  As a first time home buyer, I approached buying a house with trepidation and came into the process with little knowledge about the process. From the beginning, Donna Price and her team walked me through the steps and put me at ease. They answered every question I had (and there were many) along the way and gave me confidence in our purchase decision. The customer service I received was top-notch from day one and the loan terms we were able to get with Price Team Lending were by far the best. We go quotes from over a dozen different lenders and no one could come close to what Donna and her team could get for us. I can’t recommend highly enough!

  I called Donna and team very uncertain if I would be able to even qualify to buy a house, after a short conversation about what I needed to get done on my end in order to get the ball moving we got off the phone and about two weeks later we were ready to go. Throughout the entire process Donna and team were in constant contact with me, answered all my questions with solid info and honesty, and were just a genuine group of gals. Donna fought for me to be able to get approved, (there were a lot of ups and downs) but through it all Donna and team of superwomen were on point with everything and in the end got me approved and I now own my piece of planet earth!! I would recommend Price Team Lending to anyone looking to buy a home, the customer service and professionalism were top notch and now a days when everywhere else makes you feel like just another number it was really a breath of fresh air. If you’re a veteran and are looking to buy a house do yourself a favor and go with the experts at price team lending!!!   I just wanted to say that if I am able I will always use Price Team Lending for all of my future home purchases. Donna was very professional and extremely easy to work with. I truly truly loved the fact that she always called me back even though she was extremely busy EVERY day during the process. I am a retired disabled veteran and I don't give too many reviews at all but I had to take the time to say that I will choose Price Team Lending for my next home purchase without any doubts or reservations. Donna is awesome.

  I have purchased 3 other homes in the past. This by far was the most fun, easy and pleasurable experience I have ever had. They say that purchasing a home is one of the most stressful things you can do, I can honestly say I do not think I ever worried one time. Donna and her AMAZING team were great at breaking everything down in the simplest and easy to understand terms. (I am a Marine Vet so big words scare me) They either emailed or called me back with in minutes of my messages to them. They were upfront and HONEST in what to expect during the process and very helpful all the way around. I not only feel like I have a Mortgage Professional on my side always and through the future, but I have a new friend too. There are not enough words to describe how awesome Donna is, or how thankful I am for her help. But I will tell every Veteran and civilian home buyer to not even think about using anyone else. She has been doing this a long time and it shows. She told me she would get me funded and close ahead of time. She was true to her word and made it a great experience.
