  We chose to work with Greg over a long-term friend of ours purely because we felt like his level of experience in our local market and his willingness to be upfront about what we can expect and how the process would go. Being first-time buyers, we didn’t know what we didn’t know. We also were buying in one of the most competitive markets in recent history (early 2021) with some complicated finances due to covid. Nonetheless, Greg and his team walked us through the process with patience and grace despite some major hurdles toward the end (mindblowing challenges on the seller’s end).   Greg is wonderful, will put in 200% to make your situation work and has a positive outlook always. Available all the time to answer questions and feels like he truly cares. I am very sarcastic and he was able to keep up with my dry sense of humor and dish some out too, a very personable experience during a stressful time and working with us from out of state. Couldn’t recommend him and his team more. Brandon was always on top of communication with items needed to make the transaction smooth.
