  If you are looking to refinance your car consider this your sign!! Laura was absolutely amazing every step of the way. I was able to come in on my lunch and get all the paperwork signed with plenty of time to eat.

  We had another great experience yesterday at the Arrowhead Branch of Aero Federal Credit Union. The customer service we received from Kimberly was excellent and as always extremely professional . We were able to handle our business in a very short period of time. Aero Federal Arrowhead branch Is the place to go and Kimberly is who to see for all of your financial needs. 5 Stars Plus

  Kimberly from the Arrowhead branch reached out to me about the auto loan refinance promotion. It's nice to know that my credit union is trying to save me money and I appreciate the personal touch that AERO provides!   Kim.M Has been amazing to work with. She is very responsive when I have questions for her. And trust me I have A LOT! Kim is very detailed and patient with all my questions and concerns. I have never work with a financial institute that is so effortless and streamlined. Even on Kim's days off when I call into the Arrowhead branch they are always helpful and knowledgeable of my accounts. If you're not working directly with Kim and the Arrowhead branch you need to be!

  If you are considering refinancing your car and want a great experience, Go see Laura Swingle at Aero Federal Credit Union! If you are considering debt consolidation with a 2nd mortgage and want someone that you can trust and will answer questions quickly, go see LeeAnn Montano at Aero Federal Credit Union! I also met Kim the Branch manager. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful!! Thanks again team :)
