  Today I walked into Presto a little timid only because I was un sure of all the details. Carolina the rep that helped me was amazing. Not only was she informative she was also very detailed oriented. She made me feel that not only did I come to the right place, but that I had made the right decision. When I walked out I felt good about my decision only because the customer service was above par and made you feel that you were someone. I recommend this location to all that are looking for a loan.   I was under a lot of pressure today and needed an auto loan quick. They were so quick on their service, and also any time I called them Alma and Carolina were SO sweet and answered immediately. Today I thought I left my debit card so I called them, and they were so sweet and looked all over for it when I actually already had it.. but they didn’t make me feel stupid either. The best customer service!

  Carolina at the Mesa office was fantastic. So helpful, courteous and handles your request quickly. Presto is the best for auto loans with the rates being much less than their competitors. I suggest anyone give them a try.

  Val is so sweet, friendly, and fast! I had some trouble getting everything together for my registration loan but she assisted me by allowing me to use her computer to print my bank activity cause I don’t have a printer at home. She made it a quick and easy process + I’m definitely recommending those in need of cash to her and Presto! Presto should give Val a raise because her customer service is on point!
