  Mina was fantastic! She kept me informed, explained everything, and kept in contact. I didn’t have to worry about watching my email every second and was able to focus on work. She took care of everything and I was able to close on time and never had to worry (she probably worried for me, but she never let me know it :)) Simply the best!   Mina Snead is a miracle worker! She moves heaven and earth to accomplish the near impossible, and she is sweet, responsive, and helpful as she's doing it. She even goes above and beyond to assist with things that clearly fall outside the scope of her job. I will always recommend her to family and friends, and will continue working with her as long as possible (she's already assisted with three closings for my husband and I and several more for our family members.) Mina - you are the best!

  Mina was fabulous to work with. From our first contact to discuss mortgage options to the final days before closing, Mina was accessible, responsive, informative, thorough and timely. If we reached out to her by text, email or phone we usually had an answer immediately or within a couple of hours. When she saw any questions in our paperwork or anything else that underwriting would require, Mina advised us so we could gather the requisite documentation. There were no surprises. Thanks Mina!

  This was my first home purchase and I was petrified. Mina talked to me at the beginning to place me at ease and periodically would call to check in since there were so many emails that she knew may have been becoming overwhelming. Her tone.   Steedman was thorough, helpful, and responsive under some challenging circumstances. We were given an usually short window to close, but he guided us through every step very efficiently. His helpful demeanor, in-depth experience, and high level of patience were much appreciated. We also appreciate how thorough and quick Lori Neal was in preparing our documents well in advance, then quickly revising when the closing date changed.
