  We had such a great experience working with Duane and his team and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth lending process and superior service. We had actually contacted another lender before we got in touch with Duane. However, we didn’t hear anything back from that other lender for over a week! And by the time we did hear back Duane had already gotten us approved and way ahead in the process toward getting our new house. He is so knowledgeable and helped us find the right solution for our specific situation, and he truly makes you feel like you are his only client. I’m so grateful for his help navigating this process, communicating every step of the way, and also managing to get us the absolute best deal out there!

  Duane Buziak is simply the best! He is immediately responsive, thorough, and expertly explanatory on any and every minutia of the mortgage process. I worked with Duane on my first home in the Richmond area. When the first lender fell through at the last minute....Duane picked up the ball and got it done seamlessly! So, when it was time to move out of the area my FIRST call was to Duane. We looked for homes the better part of a year, had contracts on at least 3 homes before finding the perfect home, and Duane was always ready and available. I consider Duane a friend and he treats his client's as one. Anytime I hear someone close to me mention buying a home, my first words are "You need to call my mortgage guy Duane!"
