  Alison Cougill was available for questions and phone calls throughout the entire process and was very detailed with providing responses and making sure that I understood all of the financial and credit requirements for my loan to get approved. This is the second home that Alison has help me purchase and I will refer all friends, co-workers and family members to her.

  As a first time homebuyer I had been shopping around for different mortgage companies and ran into some bad experiences. Fairway was the preferred lender that my realtor recommended me to use. From the first day of working with Inez and Alison, it has been the best experience. I have never had to reach out to them to check the status of my application or question what I needed to provide because they were already on top of those things. They work very hard and diligently to make sure everything went smooth. I 100% recommend Fairway as a mortgage lender for all homebuyers!
