  Lali was a great and outstanding employee and also gave me the best offer I could have gotten. It's was perfect highly recommend, definitely will make this my pawn store.

  Sharing my experience from the Mercari app from my iphone... My first question was about the Allen screws holding it together and if there was any damage to terminals. His responses seemed to be very straight forward and to the point. Upon arrival after taking it out of the box (well packaged), I inspected the amp like anyone buying a used amp would do (mind you the void sticker had alrdy been broken). After looking over the motherboard I saw a mark that I’ve seen before. Fried pieces that run directly to the speaker terminals. Returned it since he did not notify me of the damage. I may still have paid for it knowing it was damaged. I gave the gentleman the opportunity to set things straight, his response leads me to believe this is how he runs his business so I felt like sharing. Will upload pictures.

  Sir I am sorry for your experience but you have the wrong store. We do not sell on or use Mercari. Please check the name and address of the place you purchased from. Maybe you should leave a review on that platform to ensure you have the right store. As you can see from all other reviews we are a 5 star store.

  These guys were so nice and professional. I came in and bought an iPad and they took the time to show me that it works properly. I've always thought of pawn stores as having a bad reputation but this place has changed my opinion totally. I'm impressed with the quality, knowledge, and fair prices. Definitely recommend this store :) Thanks guys!

  Decided to try this new pawn shop and they were good. They gave me more money for my gold than I was expecting. Not to mention I recognized some of these guys from a competitor many years ago. Nice place, nice customer service, highly recommend
