  Buying a home has been a dream to our little family. Our experience with this team has been amazing. We worked with Cheryl and Heather and they are absolutely fantastic. We had many hurdles throughout this journey but somehow they would would always put our stress to rest. I’m so grateful for this team. I can honestly and genuinely say that without this team this would of Never happened for us. This process has been very personal to us and it has always felt that they made it personal to them as well. They always helped with so much love and compassion, always felt that they wanted to help even when we felt like giving up. We knew we could ask away with no problem.   Cheryl is a highly knowledgeable loan officer that made my first time home buying experience a wonderful and seamless process. I utilized my VA home loan and Cheryl knew all details about the VA loan since she has got many veterans approved and into a home over the years. Cheryl prepared our loan application so well that we had no issues in underwriting and my wife and I closed on our home on time thanks to Cheryl and her team. Maria the loan processor is also very efficient and was great.

  My husband and I worked with Cheryl Bullard at Premier Lending ( a recommendation from Kath Quinn at JB Goodwin Realtors), on the loan for our new home. She was really great... answered all our questions and got us a great rate on our mortgage!! She was very informative and kept us up to date on all changes and happenings. My husband is a "no nonsense" kind of guy and can be a little cantankerous about things, especially when they are not moving as fast as he thinks they should. Cheryl took care of all his issues and "got it done". That's what he loved about her! I would never hesitate an instant to work with her or recommend her to family and friends.

  I’ve realized that making deals run smoothly in this industry requires a great team and having the right teammates is imperative. Greg Langford made my job so easy! I had the added pressure on this deal because our client is also my sister. Greg took care of her like she was his sister as well. Always made it a priority to answer all of her questions and made her knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Greg tackled any issues that popped up and made sure that she remained calm and confident. I will continue to refer my clients/family to Greg because I know they’re in the best hands!

The communication was great, if he missed a call he always called me back. This being my first time going through this process I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all.
