  When we were referred to Niki @ Legacy Mutual Mortgage last year, my husband and I had already been told by another lender we’d need to wait several more months before we’d qualify to purchase our next home. Our builder rep heard our circumstance and told us “Give Niki’s team a call, if she takes you on - you’re good to go and if not, she’ll explain why and will then follow up with you when it’s time”. Well, we spoke to her mortgage rep on a Monday and had our pre-approval the following Saturday! We are so grateful for our builder referring Niki and Niki finding the solution b/c at that time (beginning of 2021), with the housing market the way it was, we knew new construction homes were on the way to higher pricing and if we couldn’t start right then we’d be priced out. Thankfully, we were able to lock in our purchase price before they skyrocketed! It took a year to build but Niki and team kept in contact with us throughout. When it was time to lock in our rate Niki setup a call to TALK THROUGH our options (yes OPTIONS!!) She is so knowledgeable that it didn’t feel overwhelming, any questions we had she and her team were quick to respond, everything was explained so well we were able to comfortably make a decision with no concerns. Closer to closing they sent us some moving gifts which we truly appreciated! Our lender for our first home hadn’t done that. And now here we are in our brand new home and LOVING IT, thanks to Niki Salter and team!!

  Loved working with Nikki and her team. They helped guide us to a company for student loan rehabilitation in order to get qualified to purchase our first home. Then they were able to work with us and our tight budget in a short amount of time and got us qualified for down-payment assistance. We just moved into our new home a month ago and couldn't have done it without Legacy Mutual. We will definitely use them again in a few years!
