  Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout our home purchase. She was readily available to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable! She even personally reached out to the selling agent of the home we wanted to purchase to reassure them that our loan would go through with no issues, even as a VA loan. In today's market, that is very helpful when trying to get sellers to accept an offer. She kept us informed each step of the way throughout the entire closing process.

  every time I get an email to "rate my service" or "rate my experience," I immediately skip it and never think about it again. NOT THIS TIME. I could type for 2 hours and it wouldn't be enough to describe how great Maureen is and how great she was through the process of building our home and getting our loan done. When we had (several) bumps in the road, she was right there to help us every time and was always looking for solutions. She was rock solid all the way through the finish line. I very simply will not recommend or use anyone else ever again so help me God above.

  Without much time for preparation, my husband and I found ourselves in need of purchasing a home. We were recommended Angel Oak through our realtor and we could not be more pleased with how things worked out. Due to us being business owners and wanting a USDA loan, things got... complicated. It was a very difficult loan to get, but with the amazing help and persistence of Jorge, we were able to be approved and have now moved into our new home! We seriously cannot express our gratitude for Jorge and everyone that we worked with at Angel Oak. Though I know they were working hard behind the scenes and our loan was so difficult to make happen, they NEVER made us feel like we were a burden. They were prompt and very available for any questions that we had as first-time home buyers navigating this new world of home financing. I HIGHLY recommend this company, they will not let you down.

  WOW! What great SERVICE! JORGE, Chelsea and the rest of the team did an amazing job helping my husband and I purchase our home. Jorge is awesome! He was always available to answer any questions we had and made some great suggestions on ways that would save us money. We were indecisive about our loan details and he was very patience and showed us all our options. The whole process took ONE month! They were on top of it the whole time. Chelsea was very helpful and sent out weekly updates to help us see what was coming up. She also emailed us exactly what she needed from us and was available to answer any questions we had. I'm telling all my friends to go to Angel Oak Home Loans if they want to buy a house. YOU GUYS ROCK!! Truman and Sandie Newsome

  Maureen is my Superhero! Being a real estate agent myself with many factors against me for a unique transaction which was also my first home purchase, She truly made possible what 2 other lenders made feel impossible.
