Surereally C1Very accusatory tone- Multiple times I have gone to cash a check, they have acted like it’s not me on my ID, and also asked me if I had “cashed this check before”. I’ve never had anything near this inadequate customer service at any bank or other PMCU location in my over 10 years of using PMCU. Don’t go to this location if you can avoid it. Literally every other PMCU location treats me with trust and respect.

I felt like my transaction, which their system had issues processing, was an inconvenience to the manager. The cashier seemed to be more well informed than their supervisor..

Sara Nichols1My husband has been working with this bank for with some issues he’s had for the past few months. He’s worked with Julie on all occasions. Our frustration is , there is no transparency unless we ask questions and even then they aren’t even answered, when they are answered it’s wrong. Save your time and money, stay away from this credit Union, literally has been issue after issue.

Miah Mcgannon1I bank here Saturdays morning due to a long week working. My employer currently does that offer direct deposit. If I could give this place 0 stars I would... I wait 15-20 min to even be acknowledged at the drive through. Worst customer service at a bank let alone credit union. I will definitely be taking my banking somewhere else. Don't waste your time here

Ross Whitesel510 years or more I've been a member here for my business and personal banking and I just love this place! Its the amazing service and people at this branch, their other branches and over phone. Thank you PMCU for the greatest service I've ever had anywhere and for being the people you are! Rae Patrocky1I've been patient with this bank but not only have they constantly locked my account but I don't know how many times I've had to get a new card because someone managed to hack into my account. If you want a bank account that will constantly lock your account and keep it locked for weeks, a Bank that holds your paycheck so you cant even pay rent this ones for you!!!

Rachel Henderson5I love Premier Members and so does all of my family who use them (some of those family members have used them since they were the IBM credit union, even). Between myself and my family members we have had every type of account possible. I am very surprised by the bad reviews! I am sorry those people had such a bad experience. However, I have had them since I was a teenager, and they have always been kind to me, and explained things very thoroughly and helped me build my financial literacy. When I was looking at their ethics a while back (after learning about how bad big banks are ethically) I was really impressed by what premier does behind the scenes to help our Colorado community. I really recommend them!

Angelique Matthews1Every time I come to this branch, I am treated like an imposition. In fact driving up to the drive-through banking today, I actually prayed that I would have a better experience. Nope! Still the same old mistreatment by employees. The staff have different policies every time I come. I could explain the whole interaction I had, but management doesn't seem to make any changes, so what's the point. Judging by the constant complaints for years on end, management is not really interested in changing anything. I do not recommend this bank. Pay careful attention to the rating and the complaints. Look at the history of complaints and consider the fact that nothing has changed, despite the fact that management has seen the complaints, commented on them and nothing has changed. VERY poor service.
