  By far the greatest experience I’ve had in the home loan business. Billy Persohn is fantastic. I’ve sent him a ton of business as well. Fast, easy, personable and efficient. These folks are quality. I’m Billy’s customer for life.

  We were in a tight spot when we found a place that we liked, but it'd been so long since we were positive about a home that I'd let my preapproval lapse. My agent suggested we try Tony at Premier to get the preapproval and then we could continue to shop around if we needed to for the loan. Let me just say now that I don't think I'll ever bother with anyone else, Tony was super responsive to questions we had and went back and forth with us quickly while a different lender dragged their feet going hours between messages. It almost felt like what we were doing wasn't as important as it actually is with the calming ease Tony handled our application. Thanks to his hard work we were able to close on our first home Friday.

  As a Realtor, it's important to be able to trust a lender to do the best job possible for your clients. Working with Tony Ortego at Premier Lending is always a great experience. He is responsive, thorough and very knowledgeable in his field. Tony is not only helpful throughout the purchasing process, he is also there after the closing to answer any questions you may have. I can't say enough good things about Tony and the Premier Lending team.

  I had contacted two other lenders before I found Premier Lending. I called Carrington and they said someone would be contacting me soon, they never called back. I e-mailed another company and they never responded. I saw that Premier had great reviews so I e-mailed them and I got a response that someone would be contacting me. I got a call back that day from Tony Ortega, who was the best, he answered all my questions, explained everything. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. These other companies dropped the ball and lost business. Imagine how much business they lose because of poor management and customer service. Kudos to Premier Lending and Tony Ortega. I highly recommend them, they are the best.

  Simply the best!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Tony Ortego, Senior Mortgage Advisor, with Premier Lending LLC. Work with Tony and you will not regret your decision. Tony worked hand-in-hand with our realtor to pre-qualify us and take us every step of the way thru a successful purchase of a duplex in Gentilly. Tony responded within minutes to all questions and offered sensible and easy to understand answers to questions. He found the best way for my daughter (a first time homeowner) to purchase this duplex with my husband and I. Tony worked thru seemingly impossible issues with FHA financing to get us to a closing. He was upfront with all the terms of the loan, requirements for closing, and the interest rate was as he stated. Tony is top notch. You want him and Premier Lending, LLC, as your mortgage broker.

  My wife and I were interested in purchasing a home, but were concerned due to the amount of student loans we currently had. I recently graduated from law school, so we were looking for a bigger place for our family. I reached out to Premier to see if it would even be possible due to my law school loans. James contacted my wife and I. He was very friendly and explained the process to us and how they go about trying to get us paired with the best loan possible. A few days later, Sherri called us and explained that James would be out of the office and she would be handling our file. She called at convenient times for my wife and I and asked more detailed information to get the ball rolling. We were told we would get a follow up phone call after that weekend. We never received any return call from Sherri. I sent her an email via the "contact me" link on the website and she did not answer the email or return our call to give us any information. No one from Premier followed up with us to give us any information. We were preparing for Premier to tell us we could not get a loan and to tell us how to better our situation in order to get us a home loan. What we were not expecting was to be completely ignored by this company. Needless to say, once we are ready to move forward with a mortgage, we will not be using Premier. I found it very unprofessional to not return our email or phone calls, regardless the outcome. Their behavior gives me the impression that if you cannot easily get a home loan, they want nothing to do with you. I will gladly update this rating if I am contacted with an acceptable explanation. *Update 05/28/2020* James sent me a personal email and apologized for what happened and offered to continue working with us if we were still interested.

  For as long as I can, I will only work with Tony Ortego and Premier Lending. Tony went above and beyond at every opportunity to assist me in obtaining a terrific home loan. On more than one occasion he fielded after hours phone calls from me while helping me understand all of my available options, legal jargon, etc. He and Premier Lending are the very best.
