  Elizabeth (manager) has to be the rudest person I have ever met in my life. “All the people that left comments about me being rude probably don’t pay their bills.” Seriously who says that? What manager says that? The other employees are delightful. Actually feel sorry for them having to work for someone like Elizabeth.

  No star for this loan company!!! I have never seen a company like this before. Tower loan in Kenner location is terrible. Yes I paid behind but still pay monthly loan plus late fee. But They harassed me to my phone and my work phone. They also go straight to my house to even given out personal information about my loan to a family member that is not on my loan or even lives in my home. Is that professional?? They are very rude and like to threaten you with garnishment and court. When I called straight to the manager to talk to her, I found out why many people complain about them...cuz she is the worst of the worst. Just wanna say these people from employee to manager, especially the manager is horrible. If you need a loan please go to another company. This is a nightmare.

  0 star for this business. Tower loan is the worst and unprofessional company. If you are late a few days, they will call you many times a day and call to your work place too. They called to my work place 10 times/ day .. terrible!!!! They also go straight to your house to give you a notice. I thought in Us, all loan companies need to mail a letter out. But for this company, the employees will go straight to your house and knock the door. That is Unprofessional. I feel like they got nothing to do except harassing the customers. Everyone can have the loan easily but you will regret later. Beside the high interest, you will receive their harassment. I read many reviews and everyone complains about this company. Kenner staffs are horrible, especially the MANAGER. Please never, ever deal with these people.

  Made a purchase at a local dealer who was offering 0%. Last time I made a purchase here it's went thru Harrison Finacial (who were great ). Always pay on time (and more than min. amount), but they constantly call harassing me to take out more loans. I tried to ask politely to stop the harassment, but to no avail. I'm no longer polite with them, but they still keep calling. I will pay this loan off early and will NEVER do business with these people AGAIN!! I even talked to the owner of the business I made the purchase and now seeking other companies to handle his financed purchases.

  I give this place zero stars. Not only did they lose my title. They didn't bother to call me and tell me. Waited 8 weeks because they said it would be 6 weeks. They did not offer to pay for what they lost and I would not trust them to get it done. I wish I could talk to someone higher up than the store manager but I have to get back to work and spend my lunch break applying for a title. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

  The staff here is very professional and courteous. I called and spoke to Maria over the phone; and she processed my application and called back when was approved. Another staff member finished when I got there; he was just as awesome. I highly recommend Kenner Tower Loan.

  Simple, place needs to be shut down. No common knowledge of their own business. Play and joke around in the office while trying to get help. Manager is by far the rudest women I’ve ever met in my life. This place needs to be closed.

  Big fat zero. Maliciously running hard inquiries on my credit every month for a year. Pretty sure that's illegal. Reported to Louisiana AG and the cfpb.

  My experience is harassment! One day late on payment they will harass you!! Very unprofessional and rude. The manager is the rudest. You guy need to close the business ASAP

  If I could give this place no stars I would, The gentleman I had was very rude and unprofessional, I will never go there for loan assistance again
