  I have been off from work for 3 months due to a car accident. Since then I have returned to work. 1st Franklin Finance we’re very generous to me with regards to help me meet my commitments. They were right on time. Very nice people especially the assistant manager.

  I’ve always had a very positive experience with the Kenner location. The staff is informative, helpful and very welcoming. The manager at the location, always puts her best foot forward to ensure that she is providing stellar services to the clients in her office. I would recommend landing with this office 10 times over.

  The staff members were very hospitable apon entering. When being assisted on and asset. The representative was very knowldgeable and forth going through the process in a timely manner which I would have to say was extrodinary. "Award winning branch" Yet not to say the least..

  FANTASTIC COMPANY TO WORK WITH! I’ve been dealing with this specific branch for 3/4 years. I absolutely love them! From the staff to the loans. Very friendly staff, clean office. Easy to work with on loans. (I’ve had multiple) Great customer service. They go over everything with you, very honest. (unlike most companies that leave out important things you should know!) All I have to say is, I love this place! And I will be doung plenty more business in the future.

  Very professional and helpful location. Wanted a loan to help build my credit score and they helped me with exactly what I needed. Every time I have questions about my account they respond in a timely manner, even with this quarantine going on.
