  The worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Wanted to speak with the branch manager, but the are "never in" so I called to file a formal complaint to their corporate for closing before hours. Drive thru business and personal lines taking excessively long. Argumentative tellers, when addressing them closing 20 minutes early for hours posted. And as a business account they can never provide enough change overall the entire structure needs to change. Will update once corporate "resolves" this issue if they even attempt to.

  Courtney Williams was very helpful she took care of all my needs and was able to get me checked out in minutes, she very well deserve a raise or promotion.

  Service was horrible. Nobody helped me, they just laugh and chatted. When I walked out she said “have a nice day”. How insulting, I guess she was being funny because 3 bankers with nobody at their desk couldn’t helped me, just played with their pens and cracked jokes. They are making free money for sure! If your looking for a job, go here, they are hired to laugh and insult their customers.

  Been with Regions for over 10 yrs. This bank is 1 in a million. The ladies r awesome. They r v attentive and bend over backwards to help in anyway they can. I am always impressed by what Regions Bank does for the community and etc.

  They never answer the phone. I ordered checks when I opened my account. They haven’t come in yet and no one every answers the phone.

  Very good bank I have been with them over or close to 20 years. I haven't got one of those green bike yet.That would be kool. Oh well. They are Awesome Bank..

  You call and call, it rings, and rings and rings, no one answers. So, you can not even find out if they create cards onsite. Thanks.

  Great people and they have the capability to print you a debit card. No more waiting in the mail for one.
