  We hired Premier Credit Consulting on the advice of our broker when we were trying to improve my husband's credit with all three agencies. He had pretty good scores already but we needed all three numbers to be above 700 in order to qualify for certain programs to help us buy a house. Premier was very straightforward and clear about their pricing and the exact services they could provide, which was very reassuring as I knew nothing about taking specific steps to improve one's credit (aside from paying bills on time). They took the time to answer all of my many questions until we felt totally comfortable with them. We hired them and from day one their communication with us was excellent. They have a web portal that shows the issues that need to be fixed with each credit agency and the progress made on each one. They also sent emails regularly to keep us updated on what they were working on at any given point in time, what still remained to be done, and how long we could expect it to take for items to be processed by the credit agencies. When there were things that we needed to do ourselves due to legal limits with the agencies on who could submit requests/changes, Premier sent us detailed, clear emails that made it incredibly easy and fast to do these tasks. We were kind of nervous about contacting the credit agencies in case we might accidentally screw things up, and our time during business hours is very limited which also made it stressful, so the informative instructions from Premier were fantastic. Premier put everything we needed in one place (account number, report number, phone numbers for each agency, exactly what we needed to say, etc.). It was great and very helpful. In the few months that we've been working with them, my husband's scores have increased significantly with all three agencies and we're in fantastic shape. Premier also told us the exact amounts by which we need to decrease our credit card debt to take us the rest of the way to fantastic credit (we're nearly there already because of Premier, even with the debt we still have to pay off). When we first considered hiring them, I was skeptical (and frankly kind of nervous) at the idea of giving power of attorney to a company that would have access to my husband's personal information and credit reports, given how important our credit numbers are. After working with Premier, though, I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their credit scores and credit reports. We are thrilled* with Premier's work.

  Austin Jager and team have always been great to work with. This company works fast and efficiently and I continually go back to them to brush up my credit yearly. One thing I really appreciated is when they are done and cannot do anymore they tell you so you no longer have to continue being billed. Honest company that does good work. Thats rare these days.

  Premier credit did a great job on my accounts getting me a 25% + in my credit score! I’m sure it would of been more if I got my credit card balance lower by the time I didn’t need their services any longer. But they are still working on my wife’s account and I look forward to seeing her end results. Also they want to make sure you’re 100% happy at the end and did a great job ensuring I was!

  So far I've had really good luck with premier credit they've helped me get my combined score from pthhhhht to over 250 point jump. It has taken over a year to get this done but that is for lack of effort on my part and due to being super busy with work. None the less they still got in ,disputed, extremely lowered the money owed to debt collectors and even have 2 of the credit companies negative marks against me expunged. The money I saved on paying debt collectors has more than paid for the payments to fix my credit (win win) right? I highly recommend this company and will defiantly be referring friends and family. The staff here has constantly kept me updated and always contacted me even when I hadn't been checking in or following up. They have been quick to answer any questions and concerns. They have been very professional, polite, and easy to work with on anything I've asked or needed some knowledge of. I'm still working with them on a few things still dinging my credit and they are still doing an awesome job fixing it.

  My case perhaps was unusual: I was in need of (fairly) resolving a derogatory mark on my credit to qualify for a home loan. I had to pay off the remainder of a private school tuition that was out of state. My family moved in October, paid more than what the prorated tuition was, but because this particular school was one of VERY few in the nation that did not offer tuition insurance, they claimed we were legally obligated to pay for the full year. At the time, I did not (and still do not) believe this was fair due to the circumstances I mentioned above. Well, the school sent us to collections and put this on my credit and my husband's credit. It brought our score down at least 50 points. Needless to say, when we left the school, we did not leave on good terms. As it was a small school and community, let's just say we were not popular with them and I never expected this debt could or would ever be negotiated. I was wrong. In literally a matter of a week, Alex, from Premier Credit was not only able to negotiate our debt down by 55%, but he was also able to get it expunged from our report, which I NEVER expected either to happen! I very highly recommend this company. They have absolutely the best communication skills, response time, and never left me hanging. I was shocked at the positive outcome of my situation and absolutely would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar predicament. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, I'm relieved to know I have someone trustworthy and reliable in which to rely upon. (BTW..this is my son's google account, hence his school-aged appropriate user name.)

  Austin answered all my questions. Very polite and professional. Was patient and listened to my rambling. Cant wait to get help with my credit, its so much work doing it yourself! Now maybe I will have more time to get other things done

  Absolute joke!! Don't waste your time or money. Spent a lot of money with them. And they were able to help with one item. And that item is Not what I needed help with. Read carefully, their policies. Cancellation is a ridiculous process. I was passed around to 5 different people. (Credit experts) Communication was non existent. 99% of the time I had to contact them. Until I canceled. Then they were calling all the time. Seriously, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Don't do it. I'm sure you can find a good company to help you. A company that is interested in actually helping, instead of being interested in your bank account. Alex is a good salesman.
