  Refinancing our home through Wasatch Home Loans was one of the best experiences that we have ever had. Katelyn was amazing, very efficient and very friendly. The entire staff was very welcoming and very honest in the way that they helped us in every way. When closing Diana with the title company was great and very sweet. If you want to refinance your home and get the best rate possible, I highly recommend using Wasatch Home Loans. I will be back again....

  Janson was great to work with. He helped me get through all the red tape. It would have been a 5 star experience if there wasn't a surprise 5,000 dollars extra in the closing cost. The conversation upfront was 2500 to 3000 in closing but once you've spent all the time and energy and you are so deeply invested in the long underwriter request process and you go to sign the docs and surprise! This sucks but I've come all this way and the refi reduces my term so I'm still saving money in the long run just five thousand less than I thought. I could have bought a motorcycle but I bought a good sales pitch instead. Probably the same I would have paid from another place but they were just a little tricky about it. NOT COOL JANSON

  The process was fast and they did a good job of responding to all my questions very promptly. We got a nice low rate that has save us a substantial amount of money and they were great at tailoring the mortgage to our specific needs. My only quibble would be that they need to do a better job of providing their clients with credentials up front to prove that they're a legitimate mortgage lender. After I had given them a bunch of sensitive information, I started to panic about whether they were legit or not and did a ton of research online to make sure. If they could have done something to quell my fears up front before asking for sensitive information it would have saved me some sleepless nights and useless anxiety.

  If you are looking for a Mortgage company to trust avoid Low Rate Mortgage Utah at all cost. It will take months of getting the run around and having to resign documents over and over. There were many things that Andrew and Andrea will promise you that they can never fulfill. I am a very easy going person. Not the type to leave reviews but when I look back on my experience with Low Rate Mortgage I am floored. I couldn't let another person go through what we went through without being warned first.

  Refinancing a home is pretty intimidating. It really is comforting having someone who actually cares about your best interests. Andrew was great, and didn't just tell my husband and I what to do. He gave us options, and all of the information for us to make our own educated decision on what would work for our current situation. Thank you again Andrew and team!

  My son recommended this company when my wife and I were looking to refinance our mortgage. Best decision because our loan processor answered everytime we had questions and she would stay on the phone with us until we understood the terms which sometimes were over an hour. Outstanding customer service.

  Such an easy process. We live an hour away from the company and never even had to leave the house to begin and to finalize the refinance. They were friendly, professional, fast and delightful to work with. They answered all our questions right away. Great rates. They rock!!!
