  We have never been more happy with such an amazing group of people as those that helped us find a home and make everything run so smoothly as with Altius. We felt like they bent over backwards to make everything work for our best interest and we came away wanting to recommend them to everyone. You would be crazy if you did not use them. If you only knew everything they did for us... You would not go searching another company. They are professionals, they know what they are doing, you will not regret using them!

  I chose Altius from a Google search for the best mortgage brokers in Salt Lake City. After vetting several over the phone, I decided to work with Neal Bingham from Altius. He was the only one to listen to what I said, and gave me a loan estimate that fit the numbers that I gave him. He was extremely helpful, honest and friendly. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would recommend him and Altius to anybody who is looking to refinance or obtain a mortgage. Thanks Neal!

  Even though there were some difficulties during the mortgage process, it was a difficult situation with still owning our current home. I felt great about the service and would use Altius again. Craig was our loan officer and he worked hard to make sure everything went through. He also made sure we were locked in to our rate before the rates started rising rapidly. This obviously saved us a lot of money.
