  Picked up my new ride a couple days ago from them, wonderful folks made the process easy, and everyone was so friendly. Austin and Brett made sure I was able to get my hands on the car, I was coming from a few hours away. The whole process was a breeze with these guys. They even made sure I had enough gas for my long ride home!

  Do not recommend working with this place at all! I drove two hours and fifty minutes to go look at a vehicle. They keep lying to us about running my brothers in my fiance's name to see if they can get the loan and then they tell me I need to put three grand down as a down payment? Josh is a liar save your money all the rims on their cars are messed up anyway and the cars are all scratched up horrible service. Save time and just go somewhere else. Btw got my Buick enclave and didn't have to put 3000 down to get it.

  Dealer did not fulfill promise I purchased 2014 Mazda CX-9 that had only one key. The sales rep told me he received approval from his manager that it would be no problem to provide a second key for my vehicle. It's been over a month and the dealership is ignoring my requests. If the dealership acted with greater integrity, and fulfilled their promise, this would easily be a five star review. Since they did not act, I cannot give them a higher rating for something they promised.

  I purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX and no sooner got home and had a severe clunking in the transmission. I asked if I return the car as their websites states a 3 day money back guarantee, I was informed that this car didn’t qualify for a return and was sold as is. They did offer to look at the car but reminded me it was sold as is. The car was barely driveable and not safe so instead of trying to drive to 50 miles to their location I took to my shop and discovered it needed $1200 in transmission repairs. I asked Preferred if they would help with the repairs and declined. My bad for trusting them to sell me a good safe reliable car, this was a very bad and expensive experience.

  Steve was great to work with while buying a car. Answered all my questions. When we realized the work I requested wouldn’t be done on time he got me a loaner so I could get to work that day.

  Brought my truck in for it's first oil change and asked about a coupon I found online. The staff informed me they had a better deal available than what I found. That says a lot that they would mention an offer to save me even more money. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation all completed and I received a summary of all work done and checked. Very professional service.

  Bought a vehicle 2 weeks later broke down with an expensive repair, please do not buy a vehicle unless they give you a small warranty or at least purchase an extended one

  Tyler was amazing! Made the car purchasing experience virtually painless, didn't put on the pressure and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Usually buying a car is so stressful and it was nice to be able to relax a little and feel confident in my purchase! Would recommend him in a heart beat!

  Salespeople were obviously lying to us to try to get our business. We heard from four different salesmen who said four different things about a car. We test-drove a van that had brake issues (major grinding sound), and after they had their inspector check it out, we were told this is a "normal sound" for that vehicle. Nope, not going to invest lots of money in a vehicle that will break down. Their inspections leave a lot to be desired. I'd recommend you find another place to bring your business.
