  worst bank i’ve ever been to. after opening an account at Huntington i’ve realized how bad this bank treats their customers. i have also had multiple problems with TCCU allowing fraudulent activity on my debit cards and they do nothing to help or correct this even though i’ve never had these issues with Huntington. they charge you for transferring money from your savings to checking if you overdraft. oh and if you don’t catch it yourself goodluck they won’t believe you and they will let you go into debt for simply not transferring the money YOU HAVE IN YOUR ACCOUNT. then they close your account with thousands of dollars without your permission because you told them about issues you’ve had at this branch. take your money else where!! telling all my family and friends to leave this bank! they are NOT for the people.

  The best Credit Union in Grand Haven! The girls are always so friendly and willing to help! My car loan rate is 2% with them! Amazing!

  Horrible customer service. Forcing a disabled person who is high risk of contracting and dying from covid-19 to have to go out in public to deposit a check. I honestly don't know why I bother to do business with them.

  I am new to the area and wanted a credit union that would make me feel like a person rather than a number. The first time I walked in everyone was smiling and very friendly. I have been a member for about a month and the tellers already remember my name. I even got approved and closed on my car loan in a day! Cassie was so informative and walked me through everything. I would tell a friend to check it out. The rates and fees are low and the people are great!

  Been a member there for a lot of years. I've gotten 3 car loans over the past 12-15 years and paid them all off early. When I walked in there not one person smiled and made me feel welcomed. They all looked at me like I was an interruption to their day. With an almost 800 credit score and a less than 30% debt to income ratio I felt I would give them a chance to earn my business again. Filled out the loan application and sent them everything they requested. After a day and a half they called me and said they don't like to do RV loans anymore. Why didn't they tell me that before I jumped through hoops to get them all the information! Why do they have it on their website? Sorry, I'm not going to refinance my car to pay for a trailer. I worked hard to pay my cars off early and take pride in doing so. Just left me with a bad feeling that they weren't up front with me.

  I have been a member with TCCU for almost fifteen years. Friendly service, the best rates in town, and all the same services as any large bank or credit union. I like that small town, personable feel. I have always taken my loans out from TCCU and will continue to do so in the future!

  Such good service! Their car loan rates are super low. I love when I call it goes straight to a person and not a machine, doesn’t take my whole day away. Definitely recommend.

  I love Tri-Cities! You can't find lower car rates anywhere else in West Michigan! Quick and easy process, called about a loan and had a check in my hand that same day!
