  The staff here is super knowledgeable on their products. And very customer service oriented and friendly. I went in to get a new debit card as mine was lost and canceled. The staff was awesome at getting me a new one printed and a pin number set. In less the 10 minutes I was on my way with a new card. I would highly recommend visiting or switching to LMCU ..

  I successfully paid off 1 car loan with them, then started a 2nd car loan and went through a period of not being able to make payments. I finally got back on track and had been making payments for a year, then decided to open the most basic business account which requires no monthly fee. I show up with all the necessary paperwork, a check to deposit, went back 3 different times to get them everything they needed, spoke with 3 different people, and finally got it set up. I then get a call from them the day after with them saying I have to close my account until my other loan is paid off. uh...what? I stopped in 3 times to get the account set up, and AFTER all that, you call and say I have to close it until it's paid off? This type of account I'm wanting to open doesn't even require a monthly fee, I don't understand the risk for LMCU??? and with my track record of paying off 1 loan and actively paying off the 2nd AND ready to deposit a large check into the account with all necessary paperwork? Such a waste of time and makes no sense. If anything, they should have let me keep it open because they failed to inform me from the beginning of whatever policy this is.

  Great service and good mortgage rates. The tellers aren't being changed all of the time like other banks who don't seem to want that personal relationship.
