  Ina Ray was amazing through out the whole process. Very confident and prompt. She made it really easy on us and gave us very accurate list of what to expect. Also with us being young she really was able to adjust to our needs and took them very serious. Ina takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page and that buying a house isn't as stressful as we all thought it would be. She really is great I know I'll be asking for Ina again and again for future home financing. Thank you again!

  As a Realtor I have worked with Mindy on many occasions. If you need someone with a get it done attitude Mindy is your girl. She manages to pull things off others cannot. She is always available days/nights/weekends and she's very responsive. She is one of the few I recommend to my buyers because I know she'll get the job done!

Many people encouraged me to use other prominent local lenders, but none of them kept up as well, or gave me the time that Amy did. From inquiry to closing, everything related to my loan was seamless.

  We were very happy with the service we received from Caliber Home Loans. Mindy worked quickly to make sure our loan could be finalized in time for us to be able to move into our new house when we had to be out of our old house, without a lapse in between. Everything worked out perfectly.

  We got our Home Loan through Caliber Home Loans and worked with Mindy Sedelmaier and would happily do so again. She also helped us to refinance our home when rates went down saving us thousands. They were able to secure us rates even or better to the banks we checked against. Because they focus on home loans, unlike a bank, you will always be their top priority and they can get things done much more quickly. Mindy, and Caliber, did a superb job and were very thorough. Most impressive was how fast they were able to get everything done. We were able to close weeks faster, maybe an entire month, faster than if we'd worked directly with a bank. She very clearly explained everything throughout the process and answered any and all questions we had. She made herself available throughout the entire process to help with anything we needed. Any changes that needed to be made were very well explained and fixed before they even became an issue. Setting up online payments was seamless and very easy to see what portions of my payments are going to what (interest, principal, insurance, etc.). This makes it a lot easier to budge and enable us to put more towards principal to pay it down more quickly as we're able. Never have to worry about a check getting lost in the mail or forgetting to pay on time. Honestly could not be more happy. Will work with them again for any future needs and recommend them to anyone in need of a home loan or refinance. They should always be your first call!
