  I normally do not do this but I can not hold my mouth shut. Of I could give a 0 star I would. I highly recommend you never use this company. They are very unprofessional and will tell you a ton of lies. Your closings will never come. Angela is the biggest issue and doesn’t understand her own job. She will tell you lie after lie and then get combative. Then wants to cry when you give her the same attitude. Please please please do not use this company.

  I am sorry that you feel as though you were treated improperly. According to guidelines that all Loan Orginators follow, we are not allowed to discuss our client's private information with anyone other then them. Now with that being said, when a loan is sent to a lender, it is the lenders discretion on how they handle the conditions on the loan. As a broker, we do not lend the money and often times, we are the middleman and having to jump through hoops to close a loan. In this instance, you were the seller and we could not tell you any items dealing with our client, the buyer's information. Now, as far as details for this loan, you, the seller were given a bigger credit from the way that we did the costs and we were allowed to credit our clients with a bigger credit. Our owner only allows a percentage of credits for each loan. So it is truly my apology that you feel so negative about the finished product being that we closed the loan. It may have not have been on said closing date but as you know, the appraisal was postponed due to repairs on property. The buyer did want to have to pay for a reinspection on property if the appraisal noted repairs. Which we know is more costly for the buyer.. The buyer had to have the inspector go back to the property before the appraisal anyway to make sure that the items were done. This does not help us on our timeliness because we as loan originators are at the hands of appraisers. However, I do hope that your future endeavors are successful though. Thanks for the review.

  It was a pleasure working with Jonsue Mortgage. I had no idea my dream of buying a home at such a young age would come true. I was very nervous in the beginning.   They really help my so really good. He got his dream home that he wanted. And if he had to do it over again that is who he would go through they are the best.i would recommend that company to anyone that needs help getting a home. Jonsue the best!!!

  Jonsue Mortgage got me approved when other companies told me NO. They said the problem was that I had never filed a tax return in my LIFE. I am thrilled to tell you that Jonsue Mortgage got me in my house and I did not file any taxes and I did not use a cosigner. I am a proud 1st time home owner thanks to Angela Dillenkoffer, Jonsue Mortgage. She is the BEST!! Forget the REST and go to the BEST -- JONSUE MORTGAGE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!

  The purchaser of our home did not have loan approval even though Jon Sue provided an Approval Letter prior to the signing of the purchase agreement. After 5 extensions to sell our home, (From date of purchase agreement 2/10 to sale 4/28), the sale was finally accomplished, however; the Senior Loan Processor, refused to issue a broker credit from her broker fee,to me in the amount of $250.00. Several attempts by me and the Title Company were futile and I never received the funds promised to me.
