Matt Silver1Just went in to close an account, was told it was appointment only and they were booked for 2 days. While there saw employees sitting in offices without customers. I then went to Howell branch and they helped me right away and were very professional. Don't go to the Pinckney branch.

Kyler Anderson3I have never personally had a problem with this bank other than their hours needless to say I don't bank inside. The other 2 closest PNC banks in Howell and Brighton are open on Saturdays but the PNC in Pinckney is not. For people who work past banking hours this is a real big pain to drive to another town to withdraw money on a weekend. PNC Banking hours should be even across the company. Not just pick and choose.

Laura Reedy1When to make a very large deposit, read the sign out said said to text so I did waited 25 minutes before giving up and walked in. Had a lady run up to me yelling at me that I can't be there, "can't you read the sign, only 1 person allowed." The sign says nothing about 1 person in the building. She continues to yell at me to get out, never told me how I can get this check deposited, or get my questions answered. Went to another back up the road very friendly no hassle no problems going in and asking questions. Will be doing my banking else were. If your rules are 1 person inside then you need to have it listed on the website or door.

Brenda Bennett1PNC is the absolute worst bank ever. I haven't done my banking there in years but my mother did. She recently passed away and they are giving us all kinds of hassles. Every single person in that bank is being extremely rude. I suggest you do your banking with a more compassionate group of people.

Shelby Meadows1Visiting a friend in the Pinckney area today, I decided to stop into this branch, since I don’t have a PNC local to where I live, to pull out money I needed for home repairs. I was made to feel like a criminal! They were questioning me about where I live, why I was there, and why I needed to pull the funds from MY account and what the money was for. I provided them with my driver’s license, the account number, and my debit card and that still didn’t seem to be enough. I was asked to remove my sunglasses (I was sitting in the drive thru) to further prove I was who I said I was. I understanding protecting your customers and I appreciate that, but I felt this was an invasive interaction and they were asking questions that weren’t appropriate to be asking.

Lin Choate1I have banked at PNC in Pinckney for 6 years. I went in to open an another account with a fairly large check. It was about 4:15. When I told the teller I needed to open an account. She was very rude and said “it’s after 4:00. It takes at least an hour to open an account. You need to set an appointment.” I said no I don’t, I can go to another bank - and that’s what I did. Huntington had no problem opening an account for me after 4:00 without an appointment. Needless to say I will be closing my existing PNC account once my direct deposit has been switched to the new bank.

Kara Cope1PNC is the WORST Bank in the US! THEY will charge you for anything & everything they can! If you have a deposit pending at the same time you have charges pending, they WILL overdraft your account first then add the deposit. But they'll tell you that at the end of the day they add the deposits then do the subtractions. DEFINITELY NOT! THEY ROB PEOPLE BLIND! Can't stand PNC! NEVER WILL HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH THEM! I just talked my boyfriend into changing banks, since I showed him the proof if their lies & how they rob people.

Stef3Bank is ok but their online bill pay service takes so long. Also I called them for help on a fraudulent charge and they wouldn't reverse the charge, saying their investigation found nothing. Yeah you found nothing because you didn't ask me to send you anything.

John Mondro5Have been with PNC a while. Needed some documents notarized. Lisa Ann Kolodge got us in and out very quickly. Nice to know that some organizations still offer perks to members! Have always had a great experience with the staff at this branch.

Amber Miller1The tellers here are rude. I called to ask if I needed an appointment to add my husband to my account they said no any teller can do that. When I come in they can't do it I need an appointment now and the only lady that can do it is too busy because she's going to lunch. will be finding a new bank.
