      Scot was on time, professional, thorough and priced right. He took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. When doing his comparisons he didn't just throw in a couple of homes. He went into detail as to what he was comparing with each of the many homes that he used as comparisons, in order to give a fair appraisal. I would definitely use his services again.       I called ABS Appraisal with questions about my how my property and homes value would be affected by construction being done around me. Scott called me back a couple hours later and gave me advice on my situation and though it didn't benefit him financially at this time it was reassuring to know that good businesses still exists that are not just out for profit.
