  I had an appointment at this branch yesterday at 4:30 PM. I was running late due to a meeting at work that lasted much longer than I had anticipated. The ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and did not seem annoyed with the fact that I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, even though they were closing at 5:00 PM. Becky was the person who helped me with a name change and notarization of a document. She was seriously the nicest person that I have ever dealt with at any business. I really wish that I could give this branch a ten star review, because they deserve it!!!

  The best customer service I've ever received from a bank. I never post reviews of stuff, but this bank is exceptional. Jennifer R. has been especially helpful and thoughtful-going above and beyond on multiple occasions. Highly recommend!

  The employees at this branch are always friendly! They always remember my name and address me when I walk in. Fast, friendly and proficient always! Kim always greets me with a smile and is always very helpful and kind. Even when the bank is busy, each person is on point! Glad I have chosen PNC!

  Very rude branch managers!- No friendly "hello". Literally two managers were just sitting there not doing anything, I'm wondering who pays these people to just stand around! The skinny guy in an awful suit was super cold and no joke stood there doing nothing the whole half hour I was in the bank. Definitely gonna close out my account. Jennifer was cool tho!- Go to her if you need banking stuff at this branch. Everyone else seems incompetent.

  I can not say enough about the Dexter PNC branch. By far the best service I have ever had at a bank, including other PNC branches. The branch manager Stacey Cappelli always goes above and beyond.

  Do not like this bank, there are better options, not competitive in any way, bank application can access your media folders.
