  I love this branch--they have always been friendly and helpful. They helped both of my kids set up their first accounts, then helped my daughter before she went off for college. No fees (on many accounts) and good service!

  HORRIBLE....People walking through the drive thru which is a safety hazard. As well as the line draped around the building. VERY VERY SLOW!!! Considering i have worked for pnc as a teller.

  I was, in essence, robbed by the on site ATM. While I was trying to deposit a check for my credit union, the machine said it couldn't read the check, and asked me to remove it, but it never gave me the check back. If this bank can't even afford to have a properly functioning ATM, they definitely did not deserve a bailout from my hard earned tax dollars. Put your money in a credit union folks, corporate banks are for the birds.

  the lady that has an office and who was pregnant in 2016 or 2017 is very rude which gave me the urge to close my account because of the customer service! the man with grey hair was very pleasant!

  It’s slow. And there’s no easy way to drive out if you get caught up in the line.
