      Such a great and easy company to work with. Kelly V. and Julie K. are top notch to work with! With the loan they were able to help us get, we were able to do what was needed at our home and build up our credit! With that, were were able to buy a new car in February! We appreciate everything these ladies have helped us with and the support and easiness of working with Superior FCU. Definitely recommending to family/friends and will go to them for any other needs we may have.

      Tonya at the Clifton office was so helpful. We opened a new account and had a lot of on-line banking questions. I have accounts at Chase, but the customer service I received from Ms. Showes was beyond any customer service I have ever received from commercial banks. Great experience!

      I have been with Superior since they have replaced Cinco. The reason I didn't leave when it changed over, is because of the wonderful staff. I truly love the drive Thur and also in the friendly folks in the office. Keep up the good work. So far I'm satisfied..

      This is the worst bank I have ever had. They have no sense of urgency and can’t keep track of important things like an overnight debit card. I will be cancelling my account first thing Monday. Try harder Superior!

      The one thing I don't like about is they need to hold some checks for seven days or more this has costed me a lot of money. If the check cashing place can call and verify a check in 15 min. Why can't you do the same in maybe 24 hours or less I asked for money from my 401k because I needed it now . I had to do this several times once it costed me $ 200.00 even if you took fifty you would have made more and I would have saved.

      AJ was great (very patient) but your website sucks. Even, as an employee, AJ had problems w/ the site (which is why I was at the branch). NOT a user friendly site!!! Still can't find the Log Out button.
