  North Side bank is wonderful to work with. I have had several clients switch over to North Side. If you call, a real live person answers! Problems are fixed quickly, no getting pushed off to other departments. I have worked with the other large banks, North Side Bank is much more personal and easy to work with. Yes, the Bank is open for regular business hours. No, the bank is not an administrative mess.

  Tiffany Cheatum is FANTASTIC! I'm pretty sure she has the Spirit of God in her as she's closed about a hundred second mortgages for me over the years and is incredibly hard working, fast, honest, dependable, and reliable. I'm pretty sure the only way she can work so hard is by the grace of God; amazing!

  After banking with another bank for over 40 years and feeling like just another number. I decided to bank with a smaller bank. Northside bank is truly about customer service, and friendliness. No long lines to stand in to get to a teller. The customes service is wonderful. It is always nice to go to a bank where you are greeted by name and you are not just another face. I have never had any trouble getting an answer to any banking question/problem I have ever had. It was always handeled with immediate help.

  Wanted to bank with a smaller bank and this has become a nightmare. They are closed at random times, poor customer service, ridiculous limits on debit cards and account withdrawals... The list goes on. I've called several times to speak with the manager and/or ANYONE but routinely get the runaround and transferred to third party answering services. We are really disappointed with our experience.

  You are actually treated like a person. When I was having difficulty with mortgage payments they were very understanding and worked with me. Everyone knows me by name and they are always friendly.

  No problems helpful staff, and no they are not closed at random times. They are open just like any other bank. 9 to 5 and closed on weekends. Some people are just idiots and don't understand how banks work.

  They are Always Very Pleasant and Hospitable. They are easy to Work With and If There's a Issue They Work Quickly to get it Resolve The Matter. Customer Service is Awesome.
