      This branch is consistently understaffed and serves as a training ground for new managers and tellers. Much improvement is needed. Embarrassing to report as a US bank shareholder.

      If you need any documents notarized that may be on the controversial side of things DO NOT go to this location as you will most likely be denied if the document does not fit the views of the Notary Public. Very unprofessional to say the least.

      Not a great experience. I double checked to see if they would accept quarters (online and over the phone) and brought them down with me from IL (US Banks closed up here) because I live part time in Cincinnati. After hauling them down here and taking them into the building I was informed that "no, they in fact are not accepting change anymore". So, based on that and how they handled it (by laughing and saying they haven't done that in years) I'll most likely be changing banks. Thanks!

      I felt rushed out of the branch after I waited for about 40 minutes to speak to a loan officer about a loan. Bank was closing in 30 minutes when my appoinment started, and I was being sent to speak to someone else a different day instead of addressing my questions on the spot. One teller was welcoming and helpful which is why I gave the brach a 2 star. I am very happy at a our local GE Credit union and should have not explored a big bank

      Never open when they say they are. Never answers calls. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not recommend at all. Save your self a headache & time by going elsewhere PLEASE.

      The teller was very nice when I visited but said the branch manager was the one and the only one who could help me, and that they would give me a call back because they were currently at lunch. I never got a callback, an email or any kind of correspondence after that whatsoever, and it caused a major inconvenience. Horrible service. Typical US Bank service...

      I love the folks at our US Bank in Clifton and would never go anywhere else. They are kind and friendly and so helpful and they go above and beyond, always. I look forward to taking my banking needs there every week.

      Megan told me I couldn’t get a refund for my overdraft fee and said if I call the US bank in Westwood they would tell me the same thing. So I called them and they gave me a refund right away! So not only did she give me false information, she didn’t care to help me.

      I'd give zero stars if I could. I tried to open a new account after a recent move. A young Asian man, I didn't get his name, "assisted" me. He input all information and the new address populated on his computer. However, because I didn't have a piece of mail, he then informed me he couldn't open the account. A week later I went to cash in some rolled change. He asked " Do you have an account?" I told him no and he refused to assist me yet again. Both times I walked right next door to PNC. Zach opened an account and they cashed in my change. Save yourself some time and avoid this place.

      They offer appointments inside right now, but no one is wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. An employee came within two feet of me with no mask on.
